Design, Supply & Installation of all mechanical services in 52 apartments

Mechanical design, supply and installation of 52 apartments split into two seperate blocks. The project included installation of mechanical services to 52 apartments, this included heating, domestic plumbing and waste services, design & installation of mechanical routes, and co-ordination with other sub-contractors for the communal layouts as the two blocks required seperate communal requirements and installation of incoming water services to the apartment block risers complete with meters. O&M manuals and testing & commisioning were also carried out.
