Design, Supply & Installation of all mechanical services for 26 apartments

Mechanical design, supply and installation of 26 apartments as part of a larger project which included commercial units. The project included installation of mechanical services to 26 apartments, this included heating, domestic plumbing and waste services, design & installation of mechanical routes and co-ordination with other sub-contractors for the communal layouts and installation of incoming water services to the apartment block riser complete with meters. O&M manuals and testing & commisioning were also carried out.
